A deposit of 35% of the service fee is required to reserve an appointment time. This fee is non-refundable and valid for 30 days.

Payment is your responsibility, and the service cost must be paid for on the day of your treatment. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve the desired results.

Deposit & Payment

Here at Luxe, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients. We also ask that you limit additional guests to 1 person due to limited space in the office.

Children & Extra Guests

A no-call, no-show to your appointment will incur a lost deposit and an additional $100 missed appointment fee.

No-Call, No-Show

At Luxe, we have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect your provider’s time. Any appointment that is rescheduled and/or canceled within 48 hours will incur a lost deposit of 35% of the service fee. You will need to pay another deposit to reschedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your designated appointment time, you will incur a lost deposit of 35% of the service fee and you will be asked to reschedule.
